Now that the college basketball betting regular season is almost over, we’ll get to focus on March Madness betting. But for now, here’s a quick observation from the early NFL offseason.
Rex Ryan, the new head coach of the New York Jets, has done a good job along with management constructing a defense that looks like it will have quite the attitude.
NFL betting fans should get excited about what is being accumulated here.
The Jets will have Kris Jenkins up front anchoring the nose tackle position, at the second level they will have two first round picks, Vernon Gholston and David Harris, along with free agent signing Bart Scott, Eric Barton and Calvin Pace. In the secondary, the Jets have added Lito Sheppard and Jim Leonhard this offseason to a unit that already features Darrelle Revis, Ty Law and Kerry Rhodes.
As the Jets have made the moves, their sportsbook odds for the 2009 Super Bowl have decreased because people are investing quietly. The Ravens were a very good team with a pedestrian offense. Can the Jets be the same?
