What do you think NFL betting fans? This one definitely caught you off-guard.

Of all the city that the enigmatic Terrell Owens could play in, he choses Buffalo? That’s fairly strange. What is he going to be doing in that city?

Sportsbook odds had the New England Patriots and New York Jets as the favorite destinations, but as it turns out, he’ll be with a different AFC East team: the Bills.

Quarterback Trent Edwards now has someone to work with but you have to wonder if sportsbook odds will adjust for this now. NFL betting fans probably will care about the Bills a little bit more but unless they can start beating some good teams in the league, nobody is going to shed that ‘disappointment’ label off them.

Owens is a one-year rental and the Bills have to make the playoffs for this to work. With the Dolphins, Patriots and Jets in their division, adding just Owens won’t be enough. Sportsbook odds still have them finishing outside the playoffs.
