NFL football betting players are gearing up for the second half of the season, so with no delay, let’s get into the top four games in Week 9 NFL football betting action.

Buccaneers Falcons Betting – Sunday, 1:00 PM ET

The Falcons are favored by 8.5 points in this NFC South showdown, but the Bucs have given them some problems at the Georgia Dome in the past, and they got a lot of confidence after their coach said they were the best team in the NFC.

Dolphins Ravens Betting – Sunday, 1:00 PM ET

The Ravens are 5-point favorites against the Dolphins, who are going against their third consecutive AFC North opponent. Miami has made it tough for Baltimore to cover the spread at home against them, so this should be a good one.

Colts Eagles Betting – Sunday, 4:15 PM ET

The Eagles are 3-point favorites at home in this matchup of two distinctly different quarterbacks: Peyton Manning has kept Indianapolis going in the face of injuries, while Michael Vick’s running ability poses a big set of problems for the Colts’ defense.

Chiefs Raiders Betting – Sunday, 4:15 PM ET

The Raiders are 2.5-point favorites against the Chiefs in this AFC West rivalry, and Oakland has put together two brilliant performances on both sides of the ball. The young Chiefs have been one of the big surprises of the NFL season, and a win over a divisional rival may be the thing that makes betting players have some faith in them.

Super Bowl odds proclaimed Indianapolis as the favorite to win professional football’s biggest prize, but they’ll have their hands full on Saturday when they host a dangerous and hungry Baltimore team.

Ravens vs Colts betting – Saturday, January 16, 8:15 PM ET

The Ravens had three sacks and forced four turnovers in a 33-14 dismantling of New England on the road, and Ray Rice also had a big day, rushing for 159 yards and a pair of scores. Joe Flacco wasn’t called upon much, and he’s been bothered by a hip injury.

The Colts lost their last two after deciding to sit their starters, but Peyton Manning still won his fourth MVP award in a landslide. Manning has continued to put up big numbers while losing some of his weapons, along with a subpar running game. The defense has also been bit by injury, particularly on the corners.

Indianapolis is a 6.5-point favorite in this contest, and they’ve won seven in a row over the Ravens, including a 17-15 victory in Week 10 in Baltimore. The Colts need to shore up their run defense to keep Rice under wraps, but their main priority is Manning. If they can keep their leader on his feet, the Colts always have a chance. After a week of rest, take the Colts this weekend.

Bookmakers odds (bookmaker reviews) pick: Indianapolis -6.5

First of all, shout out to Tony Dungy, who announced he was retiring from his head-coaching position with the Indianapolis Colts. Dungy was the first African-American coach to win a Super Bowl, and his string of 10 consecutive playoff appearances is an NFL record. Respect. Now, onto business:

Baltimore just keeps forcing turnovers, causing three in a 13-10 victory on the road to knock off the AFC’s top seed, Tennessee. That’s now eight turnovers in two games, and they have committed only one. The Ravens were 3-point NFL betting underdogs.

Pittsburgh held San Diego’s rushing attack to 15 yards in a 35-24 win at home as 6-point NFL betting favorites. Ben Roethlisberger didn’t even throw a single pick. Amazing.

Arizona forced six turnovers, including five Jake Delhomme interceptions, as they romped to a 33-13 win in Carolina as massive 10-point NFL betting underdogs. If someone would have told me the Cardinals would be in the NFC title game, I would have slapped the skin off their face.

There will be a new Super Bowl champion as the Giants lost 23-11 to Philadelphia at home as 4-point NFL betting favorites. The Eagles committed two turnoves, but forced three, and as this weekend proved, if you win the turnover battle, you usually win the war.
